Our perfect little family, filled with laughter,
We could have been, but never will be,
Because of the obvious, because of me.
If it weren’t for me, you’d probably still be here,
Right by my side, so there were no need for these tears.
But it’s too late now,and you might as well bow,
For all the pain you caused, you deserve an applause.
What’s said is said, what’s done is done,
You read my mind, and triggered the gun,
But when did you conceive, that idea to just leave,
Cuz you left without warning, just one stupid school morning.
Was this your plan all along,
Leaving me, wondering what I did wrong ?
Been without you for far to long,
But I can do it and carry on,
Maybe one day, somewhere, we’ll meet again,
With tears in my eyes that I’ll try to restrain,
I can guarantee that it won’t be the same,
Except for that pain that will no longer remain.
Because of you, I’ve lived my life in fear,
Not trusting anyone that even comes near,
You broke my heart, and I broke yours,
In the end, it’s just a war.
Yes I ‘lied’, but so did you,
Would I go back just to un-do ?
Everything happens for a reason right ?
Well whatever now, I’m done for tonight.
