We gather here, to say our Good-byes,
With saddness and sorrow in our eyes.
But Mom wouldn’t want us to be sad,
And I for one wouldn’t want to make her mad!
She gave love and advice, to those who asked.
And be ready for her answers, her feelings were not masked!
Although you might not like what she said,
Her voice was always there, in your head.

Always make me feel I belong.
You’re patient when I’m foolish;
You give guidance when I ask;
It seems you can do most anything;
You’re the master of every task.
