Loading ...Whisper sounds
that comfort,
that soothe
the soul and
float softly into my mind.
Your words
wrap around my heart
and sizzle into my nerves
warming my body.
It’s delicious.
Arms
contain my feelings
and slide them into their
own hearts.
We fly.
You hold me,
make your little humming noises
you tuck your face
between my neck and shoulder.
It’s warm
You rock us,
back and forth,
back and forth…
Like dancing.
My heart reaches out,
to touch yours.
A hushed love
flows briefly.
Then you let go, to join the game.
I’m alone.
Before you leave,
you look at me.
Your eyes are crystals,
they sparkle as they
hold my gaze.
They’re beautiful.
You smile,
lifting my spirits and
warming me again.
My heart flips,
I love it.
And as you stand
a few feet away,
I watch your movements.
I’m waiting for you to get out,
so you can
Hug Me Again.
